This week on Arkansas for the People, the Democrats’ U.S. Senate candidate, Kirsten Gillibrand, tells Arkansas for the People host James Rosen she’ll win in November. For Republicans, there’s candidate Tom Cotton, seeking a U.S. Senate seat in North Arkansas, and also on the show, National Republican Senatorial Committee member Sen. John Barrasso weighs in.

From Springdale, Arkansas, patriarch Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar welcome James Rosen on their back porch. Jim Bob says the two have downsized from their initial home, and now live a more laid back life. They also tell James about their daughter Josh’s short-lived sexual abuse scandal.

Carson says many people think he doesn’t like America, but says it is, in fact, the greatest country in the world.
